Quality Control System

Quality is a crucial priority at Rite-On. Our quality control system is employed from start to finish in all aspects involved in the execution of a job. A basic overview of our quality control system is as follows:

• Review of purchase order as well as drawing for any deviations followed by an acknowledgment/confirmation containing estimated lead-time.
• Create work orders with detailed instructions and specifications.
• Purchase materials required for job per customer specifications.
• First article and in process spot checks with appropriate test equipment.
• Final inspection of parts ranging from dimensions to cleanliness.
• Upon request we can provide material certificates, certificate of conformance, and inspection reports.
• NAFTA, RoHS, REACH, and Conflict Mineral affidavits also available upon request if applicable.
• Package parts appropriately and securely or per customer specifications.
• Deliver or ship order best way or per instructions.

At Rite-On we continuously review and update our quality methods and procedures to eliminate the possibility of deviations. A partial list of key inspection equipment includes the following.
